1. About Rizervo

Rizervo is an online travel and reservation platform that enables users to search, compare, and book accommodations, transportation services, or experiences listed on the Platform. As an intermediary platform, Rizervo does not own, operate or control the accommodations, transportation services, or experiences listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Booking Services

When making a booking through Rizervo:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information.
• Availability and prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or notification from Rizervo or the relevant service provider.
• Rizervo reserves the right to refuse or cancel service bookings in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, policy violations, or violation of these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to availability.
• Prices may include taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
• Payment may be processed by Rizervo or through authorized third-party payment providers.
• You will be charged in the currency shown at checkout, and the actual amount of your payment may vary.

Currency conversion rates displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes and may vary from the rates applied by your payment provider.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the accommodation, transportation provider, activity operator, or service booked. Before confirming a booking, you should carefully review the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Where permitted, refund requests will be processed according to the relevant provider's policy. Rizervo is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party service providers.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content on the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce Platform content without authorization.

7. Content Ownership

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other content. By submitting content, you grant Rizervo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for operational and promotional purposes. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others. Users are responsible for complying with these Terms.

8. Travel Requirements

Users are responsible for:

• Holding valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
• Complying with local laws and regulations.
• Meeting health, vaccination, and entry requirements imposed by destinations or airlines.

Rizervo is not responsible for denied entry, travel restrictions, or losses resulting from failure to meet travel requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Designs
• Text
• Graphics
• Software
• Images
• Trademarks

…is the property of Rizervo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Rizervo is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, representations, or negligence of any third-party service providers.
• Rizervo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• Rizervo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

Rizervo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time if:
